Thank you too everyone who came and contributed so much to the Quiz Night on Friday 3rd. Thanks especially go to Jo for organising the whole event, to Barbara and Lydia for doing the raffle and everyone who donated raffle prizes, Ray and Barbara who covered for Jo and Barry who had to pull out at the last minute due to Covid and to Peter, Phil and Ian for doing the bar.
Sue and Phil who hosted the Quiz brilliantly as ever were delighted with the donation to the Stroke Association Charity that they support and they committed to do it all again for us.
With the obvious fun everyone was having, it was, all in all, a very successful evening.
It was our Secretary/Greenkeeper/Sports Club Treasurer’s team that won the prizes with an outstanding score and they are pictured here celebrating with quiz host Sue Boyle.
