The finals of the recent Thursday short mat competition were played on the afternoon of 13 April in front of a very knowledgeable and enthusiastic audience.
The medals were presented by Ron Duncan.
Geoff Roynon and Colin French were the winners.
Les Canfield and Sandra French were beaten for the top spot.
David Holland and Jan Sargeant were in third place
Norman Hyde and Irene Park were narrowly beaten into fourth place.
My thanks go to everyone who took part to make Thursday afternoons very enjoyable.
A new short mat competition on Friday evenings (6 and 7.30) will start on the 21st and all are welcome to take part. Prizes will be £50. £25. and £10 for the top three places when the competition ends in mid June.
